King of Winter

Ok, the original one looks far better than this because my scanner sucks

On the planet of dragons, where no matter what you DA people say every dragon species ever created goes , this dude is a powerful ice-based dragon who controls the coldest regions around the planet. He has no name, and is known as the King of Winter. his rival, the King of Summer, is a fire dragon. i'll draw him later.

Statistics: Pure white and the shadows he casts are pale blue. he is about 50 feet tall and 100 feet long, and glows in the moonlight. he makes no sound when walking or flying, and uses telepathy to communicate. his most powerful attack is simply that he spreads his wings, and everything for miles is consumed in about ten feet of ice. his breath attack does about the same thing. his eyes are silver, and the pupils blow. his feathers are very soft, and his entire body radiates cold. pretty awesome, right?
